From the above Event IDs, it clearly indicates the root cause of the problem is Identity of the Application Pool. The name of the Application Pool account corresponds to the name of the Application Pool. I was getting the above errors and hitting localhost would give me a 503 error. EDIT: The 503 error is occuring because IIS is running out of threads to service additional requests and thus can't handle the request.
