Close the cartridge door. The Regulatory Model Number for your product is VCVRA-0103. I tried printing something and the printer heads started slamming left and right over and over, making the whole printer move. The carraige (sp?) is stuck right and when I massage it loose it gives error codes and loses communication with the pc (haven't figured that one out).

If you need help after the printer is set up, see the onscreen user’s guide in the Printer Assistant. The service station in this case had its own drive motor. The tab on the upper rear left side of the cartridge is angled different. Go to HP SureSupply.
